吴慧娟曾任渤海证券股份有限公司固定收益总部业务经理，方正证券承销保荐有限责任公司债券业务四部团队负责人、总经理。2023年12月加入格林基金，曾任固定收益部基金经理助理，现任天津分公司副总经理。

格林泓盈利率债成立于2023年9月20日，截至2025年6月16日，其今年来收益率为0.39%，成立来收益率为5.74%，累计净值为1.0569元。
